中医药联合情志护理对肛瘘术后患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药联合情志护理对肛瘘术后患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取郑州市大肠肛门病医院2022年8月至2023年8月收治的178例肛瘘手术治疗患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各89例。手术后,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医药联合情志护理,对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果:观察组术后首次排气、首次排便、首次下床活动、肠鸣音恢复正常时间及住院时间短于对照组;观察组术后3d、5d视觉模拟评分法评分,并发症发生率,心境状态量表、社会影响量表评分低于对照组;观察组自我护理能力量表、生活质量综合评定问卷评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:中医药联合情志护理可减轻肛瘘术后患者的疼痛程度,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短康复进程,改善心境状态,提高自我护理能力及生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotional care on the rehabilitation effect of patients after anal fistula surgery.Methods:178 patients who underwent anal fistula surgery at Zhengzhou Anorectal Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 89 patients in each group by using a random number table method.After surgery,the control group received routine care while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotional care on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Affer surgery,the length of stay and the time of postoperative first exhaust,first defecation,first ambulation activity,and bowel sounds returning normal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the score of visual analogic scale three and five days after surgery,the incidence of complications,and the scores of profile of mood state and social impact scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the scores of exercise of self-care agency and generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and emotional care can alleviate the pain level of patients after anal fistula surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the rehabilitation process,improve mood,enhance self-care ability and quality of life.
