摘 要:污水管线工程施工的重点是沟槽土方的开挖,在对不良土体开挖过程中容易发生侧壁的土体滑落与坍塌,需要采取一定的工程支护措施保证安全。为研究污水管线工程沟槽开挖中侧壁支护的质量,以北京市通州区张家湾镇污水管线工程为例,通过分析污水管线施工要点,对沟槽开挖过程遇到的原有管线工程采取保护和迁移措施。针对侧壁支护提出新型侧壁支撑装置,并将新装置与相传统支护进行对比。结果表明:新装置具有安装方便,使用成本低,适用性强,方便运输和可循环使用的优点。新型侧壁支撑装置可为同类污水管线工程的支护提供参考。The focus of sewage pipeline engineering construction is the excavation of trench earthwork.The soil of the side wall is easy to slide and collapse in the process of excavation of bad soil,and certain engineering support measures need to be taken to ensure safety.In order to study the quality of sidewall support in trench excavation of sewage pipeline engineering,this paper takes the sewage pipeline project of Zhangjiawan Town,Tongzhou District,Beijing as an example,and takes protection and relocation measures for the original pipeline project encountered in the trench excavation process by analyzing the key points of sewage pipeline construction.A new type of sidewall support device was proposed for sidewall support,and the new device was compared with the traditional support.The results show that the new device has the advantages of easy installation,low cost,strong applicability,convenient transportation and recyclability.The new sidewall support device can provide a reference for the support of similar sewage pipeline projects.
