饲粮中添加生姜提取物对文昌鸡生长性能和肠道微生物的影响

摘　　要：该试验选取健康体重接近的43日龄文昌公鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复。试验期为28 d。结果表明,添加0.8%~3.2%的生姜提取物显著提高了文昌鸡的平均日增重(P <0.05)。0.8%~3.2%添加生姜提取物显著提高了鸡屠宰率(P<0.05),并且显著降低了鸡腹脂率(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加生姜提取物显著降低了文昌鸡盲肠微生物中的总细菌数(P<0.05),添加3.2%和6.4%对大肠杆菌数有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),添加3.2%对乳酸杆菌的促进作用最显著,添加3.2%和6.4%对双歧杆菌数有促进作用。饲粮中添加生姜提取物对文昌鸡的生产性能、屠宰性能有积极作用,抑制了盲肠中总细菌数和大肠杆菌数,促进了乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的增长。建议在文昌鸡饲粮中的生姜提取物添加量为3.2%。The experiment involved 300 healthy 43-day-old Wenchang roosters with similar body weights,randomly divided into 5 groups.Each group consisted of 6 replicates.The experimental period lasted for 28 days.The results showed that adding ginger extract at levels of 0.8%to 3.2%significantly increased the average daily weight gain of Wenchang chickens(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the addition of 0.8%to 3.2%ginger extract in the feed significantly improved the chicken slaughter rate(P<0.05)and significantly reduced abdominal fat percentage(P<0.05).The addition of ginger extract to the feed led to a significant decrease in the total bacterial count within the cecum microbiota of Wenchang chickens(P<0.05),and 3.2%and 6.4%additions had a significant inhibitory effect on Escherichiacoli(P<0.05).The addition of 3.2%had the most significant promoting effect on Lactobacillus,and 3.2%and 6.4%additions significantly promoted the growth of Bifidobacterium.The addition of ginger extract to the feed has a positive effect on the production and slaughter performance of Wenchang chickens,inhibits the total bacterial count andEscherichiacoli in the cecum,and promotes the growth of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.It is recommended to add 3.2%ginger extract to the feed for Wenchang chickens.
