摘　　要：目的 探讨基于行为转变理论的护理结合共情护理对烧伤整形患者情绪状态及自我意识的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月收治的108例烧伤整形患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上接受基于行为转变理论的护理结合共情护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的医院焦虑分量表(HADS-A)、医院抑郁分量表(HADS-D)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自尊量表(SES)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的精简烧伤健康量表(BSHS-B)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于行为转变理论的护理结合共情护理可改善烧伤整形患者的情绪状态,提高自我意识,降低并发症发生率,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of nursing based on behavioral change theory combined with empathy nursing on emotional state and self-consciousness of patients with burn and plastic surgery.Methods A total of 108 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing based on behavioral change theory combined with empathy nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hospital Anxiety Depression Scales-Anxiety(HADS-A)and Hospital Anxiety Depression Scales-Depression(HADS-D)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Esteem Scale(SES)and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Burn Specific Health Scale-Brief(BSHS-B)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on behavioral change theory combined with empathy nursing can improve the emotional state of patients with burn and plastic surgery,elevate self-awareness,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life.
