摘　　要：进入新时代以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央着眼于维护中华民族大团结、实现中华民族伟大复兴,反思世界范围内多民族国家处理民族问题的历史教训,科学总结党的民族工作理论和实践正反两方面经验,围绕新形势下加强和改进党的民族工作的重要课题,提出了“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的重大原创性论断。这一理论把马克思主义民族理论与中国民族问题具体实际相结合,与中华民族文明特性相结合,科学回答了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的战略地位、政治保证、领导力量、制度设计、文化路径等一系列基本问题,形成了中华民族共同体理论体系,实现马克思主义民族理论中国化新的飞跃。Since the advent of the new era,apart from attaching importance to safeguarding the great unity of the Chinese nation and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Party Central Committee with Comrade XI Jin-ping as the core has also reflected on the historical lessons of dealing with ethnic issues in multi-ethnic countries around the world,and scientifically summarized the positive and negative experience of the CPC's theory and practice about ethnic work.Focusing on the significant topic of how to strengthen and improve the Party's ethnic work under the new situation,the major theoretical innovation of“forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation”were proposed.In this theory,Marxist ethnic theory was combined with the concrete realities of Chinese ethnic issues,as well as the features of the Chinese nation’s civilization.In the meantime,a series of basic questions such as the strategic position,political guarantee,leadership,institutional design,and cultural path to strengthen the sense of the Chinese national community were answered.As a result,a theoretical system of the Chinese national community was formed to promote the realization of a new leap in the sinicization of Marxist ethnic theory.
