摘　　要：仪表是工业生产装置中的耐压薄弱环节,一旦发生泄漏,不仅影响计量仪表的准确性,而且容易引发安全事故,能否及时发现泄漏是防止损失扩大的前提。通过对现有的喷涂检查法进行分析,发现其不足之处,提出了用哨鸣器短节检测装置来检测计量仪表泄漏的方法,有效地克服了喷涂检查法费时费力、对仪表内漏无效和滞后性的缺点,对保障计量仪表准确性和安全生产起到了较好效果。Instrument is a weak link in the pressure resistance of industrial production equipment.Once the leakage occurs,it not only affects the accuracy of the meter,but also easily leads to safety accidents.Whether the leakage can be found in time is the premise to prevent the expansion of losses.Through the analysis of the existing spray inspection method,its shortcomings are found.It is proposed to use the whistling device to detect the leakage of the measuring instrument,which efectively overcomes the shortcomings of the spray inspection method,such as time-consumption and laboriousness,ineffectiveness of internal leakage and hysteresis,and has a good effect on ensuring the accuracy of the measuring instrument and safe production.
