摘  要:近年来,大庆外围低渗透油田缝网压裂试验T区块压裂施工常出现临近油井压力上升的现象,同时缝网压裂后监测出硫化氢。缝网压裂由于大液量、大排量施工,场地大、人员多,一旦发生压窜和出现硫化氢气体,可能造成不可估量的损失。因此,缝网压裂压窜和出现硫化氢气体,增加了作业施工的风险及难度,这对现场施工健康、安全、环保防护措施提出了更高的要求。通过对缝网压裂后压窜成因和硫化氢成因进行分析,提出针对性的射孔、压裂作业施工防护措施,在后续缝网射孔、压裂设计、现场监督以及生产管理中应用,实现了该地区射孔、压裂作业施工健康、安全、环保的目的,取得了较好的社会效益。In recent years,the pressure rose of adjacent wells occurred during the fracturing construction in block T of fracture network fracturing test in the peripheral low permeability oil field of Daqing.At the same time,hydrogen sulfide was detected after fracturing of the seam mesh.Due to the construction of large liquid volume,large displacement,large site and many personnel,once the pressure channeling and hydrogen sulfide gas appear,it may cause inestimable losses.Therefore,fracturing channeling and hydrogen sulfide gas in the fracture network increase the risk and difficulty of operation and construction,which puts forward higher requirements for onsite health,safety and environmental protection measures.Based on this,through the analysis of the causes of pressure channeling and hydrogen sulfide after fracture network fracturing,this paper puts forward the targeted construction protection measures for perforating and fracturing operations,which have been applied in the follow-up perforation,fracturing design,site supervision and production management,realizing the purpose of health,safety and environmental protection of perforation and fracturing operations in this area,and achieving good social benefits.
