摘  要:在油田开发的中后期油气田增产作业过程中,由于地质因素等造成油气井套管损坏,套管损坏制约着油气井正常生产,甚至可能导致井筒溢流等严重后果,及时有效地封堵加固受损套管,是保证油气井正常生产的重要技术手段。研究并设计了88.9 mm(3.5″)套管电缆传输燃气动力补贴工具。介绍了燃气动力补贴工具的原理和技术特点,借助有限元模拟对膨胀锥和锚定结构及工具参数进行了优化设计,并完成了地面试验和该技术及工艺的现场应用,补贴后全井筒试压50 MPa,稳压10min,压降0.7 MPa。现场应用表明:该工具设计合理,首次使用电缆传输便取得了成功。In the middle and late stage of oil field development and the process of oil and gas field stimulation,the damage of oil and gas well casing is caused by geological factors,which restricts the normal production of oil and gas wells and may even lead to serious consequences such as wellbore overflow.Therefore,timely and effective plugging and strengthening of damaged casing is an important technical means to ensure the normal production of oil and gas wells.The 88.9 mm(3.5")casing cable transmission gas power subsidy tool is studied and designed.The principle and technical characteristics of the gas-powered subsidy tool are introduced,the expansion cone and anchor structure and tool parameters are optimized by means of finite element simulation,and the ground test of the tool and the field application of the technology and process are completed.After subsidy,the pressure test of the whole well is 50 MPa,the pressure is maintained for 10 min,and the pressure drop is 0.7 MPa.Field application shows that the design of the tool is reasonable and the first use of cable transmission has been successful.
