摘 要:以雅店煤矿ZC1102胶带顺槽为工程背景,巷道临空布置,顶底板均为泥岩,受ZC1101工作面采动压影响,巷道变形较大。为控制变形,提出矿井深部临空巷道卸压支护方案,采用水力压裂技术并进行巷道加强支护,从而降低巷道围岩应力,维持巷道稳定,减少巷道维修,保证巷道安全使用。通过分析现场应力监测和巷道变形量,表明卸压支护方案完全可行。Taking the ZC1102 belt mining lane in the Yadian coal mine as the engineering background,the roadway is goaf-arranged,and the roof and floor are all consisted of mudstone.Due to the influence of the mining pressure of the ZC1101 working face,the deformation of the roadway is significant.In order to control the deformation,a pressure relief support scheme for the deep goaf roadway is proposed.The scheme adopts hydraulic fracturing technology and reinforcement support of the roadway,thereby reducing the stress of the surrounding rock,maintaining its stability,reducing the maintenance,and ensuring the safe use of the roadway.By analyzing the on-site stress monitoring and roadway deformation,the results show that the pressure relief support scheme is feasible.
