从交通心肾法探赜胶艾汤核心医理

摘　　要：以经典名方胶艾汤与后世四物汤的对比为启,在溯源交通心肾理论的基础上,结合《金匮要略》前后内容,《黄帝内经》及后世医家相关文献提出胶艾汤证的病机当包括心肾不交。在进一步分析方中药物组成、配伍后得出结论认为交通心肾法是胶艾汤方的核心治法之一。以此说明学习经方注重从整体出发,并把握核心医理的重要性。This article takes the comparison between the classic formula Jiao ai Tang and the later Siwu Tang as a starting point.Based on the theory of tracing the origin of the heart and kidney,combined with the content before and after the“Synopsis of the Golden Chamber”,the“Inner Canon of Huangdi”,and relevant literature of later medical scholars,it is proposed that the pathogenesis of Jiao ai Tang syndrome should include heart and kidney failure.After further analysis of the composition and compatibility of the drugs in the formula,it was concluded that the Traffic Heart and Kidney Therapy is one of the core treatment methods of the Jiao ai Decoction.This illustrates the importance of learning from the whole and grasping the core medical principles in studying classic prescriptions.
