摘 要:目的:建立湿生扁蕾的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对湿生扁蕾中有效成分熊果酸进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定湿生扁蕾中有效成分木犀草素、当药醇苷、1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基[口山]酮和芒果苷的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中,熊果酸色谱鉴别斑点清晰,且阴性对照无干扰;HPLC测定木犀草素、当药醇苷、1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基[口山]酮和芒果苷四种成分线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),平均加样回收率分别为99.85%、97.35%、97.06%、97.81%,RSD分别为0.72%、0.85%、0.79%、0.80%。结论:该文建立的质量方法专属性强,简便可行、重现性好,可用于湿生扁蕾的质量控制。Objective To establish the method of quality control for Gentianopsis paludosa(Mum.)Ma.Methods Ursolic acid in Gentianopsis paludosa(Mum.)Ma were identified by TLC.Luteolin,swertianolin,l,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone and mangiferin in Gentianopsis paludosa(Mum.)Ma were determined by HPLC.Results The spots in thin layer chromatography were clear,and the negative control had no interference.The 5 components luteolin,swertianolin,l,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone and mangiferin were well separated and showed good linear relationships(r≥0.9998).The average recovery rates were 99.85%,97.35%,97.06%and 97.81%,and RSD were 0.72%,0.85%,0.79%and 0.80%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple accurate and sensitive so it can be used for the quality control of Gentianopsis paludosa(Mum.)Ma.
