摘　　要：气机升降学说是中医阴阳理论在气机的动态消与变化长转化过程中的具体运用,是现代中医药理论体系中的重要组成内容之一。其内涵极广,又相互关联。在临床上对生理病理的诠释、辨证论治以及预防保健都有着重要的指导作用。随着近年来腹腔镜手术的普及,术后胃肠功能的恢复成为术后康复的重点。云南省名中医易修珍教授在长期的临床实践中,将气机升降学说运用于妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的辨证治疗中取得了良好的疗效,使患者及时恢复进食,避免电解质代谢紊乱,从而降低了术后盆腔粘连、肠梗阻等并发症的发生。对患者的康复和预后有很大的临床意义。现结合相关病例浅谈易修珍教授运用中医气机升降学说促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复中医临证心得。The theory of ascending and descending qi is the specific application of the theory of yin and yang in the process of the dynamic elimination and transformation of qi,and is one of the important components of the theoretical system of modern Chinese medicine.Its connotation is extremely broad and interrelated.It plays an important guiding role in clinical interpretation of physiology and pathology,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and prevention and health care.With the popularity of laparoscopic surgery in recent years,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery has become the focus of postoperative rehabilitation.With the popularity of laparoscopic surgery in recent years,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery has become the focus of postoperative rehabilitation.In the long-term clinical practice,Professor Yi Xiuzhen,a famous traditional Chinese medicine professor in Yunnan Province,applied the theory of ascending and descending qi to the dialectical treatment of gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopy,and achieved good results,enabling patients to resume eating in time and avoid electrolyte metabolism disorder,thus reducing the occurrence of pelvic adhesion,intestinal obstruction and other complications after surgery.It has great clinical significance for the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.Combined with related cases,this article discusses Professor Yi Xiuzhen's experience in using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine Qi movement lifting and descending to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopy.
