摘　　要：目的:为了解有关中药天仙子的研究进展及研究发展趋势,本研究对国内外近年发表的天仙子相关研究文献进行计量分析。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库和PubMed数据库,利用EndNote X9.1文献管理软件和VOSviewer可视化文献计量分析软件从发表年代、来源期刊、国家分布、主要研究机构、高产作者、热点主题等方面对2002—2021年发表的有关天仙子的文献进行计量分析。结果:研究结果表明,天仙子相关研究的文献发表量在近十年有上升趋势,在国外期刊的发表量上升趋势更明显;天仙子相关研究文献发表量最多的国内期刊是《中华中医药学刊》,发表量最多的英文期刊是《Journal of Ethnopharmacology》《Planta》《Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》;中国、印度、伊朗学者发表天仙子相关文献数量最多;发表天仙子相关中文文献最多的机构是大连市检验检测认证技术服务中心,发表天仙子相关英文文献最多的机构是中国西南大学;CNKI中发表天仙子相关文献最多的作者是来自大连市检验检测认证技术服务中心的李军,PubMed中发表天仙子相关文献最多的作者是来自中国西南大学的Lan Xiaozhong;CNKI中天仙子相关文献研究主题多为药学领域的化学成分分析和质量控制方法,PubMed中天仙子相关文献研究主题分布于分子生物学领域的生化代谢研究和基因工程等方面。结论:本研究通过VOSviewer生成的共现网络,分析国内外作者和研究机构之间的合作关系,以及天仙子当前的研究热点,对进一步研究和开发天仙子具有现实指导意义。Objective:In order to understand the research progress and development trend on the traditional Chinese medicine Hyoscyamus niger L.,the literature on Hyoscyamus niger L.published in recent years at home and aboard was analyzed in this study.Meth-ods:The CNKI database and PubMed database were searched,and the EndNoteX9.1 literature management software and VOSviewer visualizing bibliometric analysis software were used to make a bibliometric analysis of the literature on Hyoscyamus niger L.published from 2002 to 2021 from the aspects of publishing year,source journal,nation distribution,main research institution,prolific author and hot topic.Results:The results showed that the number of literature related to Hyoscyamus niger L.had an increasing trend in recent ten years,and the increasing trend was more obvious in foreign journals.The domestic journal with the largest number of publications on Hyo-scyamus niger L.research papers was Chinese Archives of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the English journals with the largest number of publications in this field were Journal of Ethnopharmacology,Planta,Plant Physiology and Biochemistry.Chinese,Indian and Iranian scholars published the most papers on Hyoscyamus niger L.The institution that published the largest number of Chinese literature related to Hyoscyamus niger L.was Dalian Inspection,Testing and Certification Technical Service Center,and the institution that published the largest number of English literature related to Hyoscyamus niger L.was Southwest University of China.The author who published the largest number of papers on Hyoscyamus niger L.in CNKI was Li Jun from Dalian Inspection,Testing and Certification Technical Service Center,and the author who published the largest number of papers on Hyoscyamus niger L.in PubMed was Lan Xiaozhong from Southwest University of China.In CNKI,Hyoscyamus niger L.related literature mainly focused on chemical composition analysis and quality control methods in the field of pharmacy,while in PubMed,the related literature mai
