摘 要:为进一步实现井下主通风系统的自动化控制,结合轩岗煤矿的实际情况,在原有通风系统的基础上增加了PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)控制单元和变频调速功能,对井下主通风控制系统进行整体配置。从主控模块、变频系统、传感器等多个角度着手,详细探讨了煤矿井下主通风系统各个功能模块的配置和落实,并对该系统进行了实际测试。测试结果显示,该系统能够根据瓦斯体积分数的变化,对通风机运行情况予以快速响应和智能调整,表明其整体性能良好,具有一定的应用价值。In order to further achieve the automation control of the underground main ventilation system,combined with the actual situation of Xuangang Coal Mine,the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)control unit and frequency conversion speed regulation function were added to the original ventilation system,and the overall configuration of the underground main ventilation control systemwas carried out.Starting from multiple perspectives such as the main control module,frequency conversion system,sensors,etc.,this paper explored in detail the configuration and implementation of various functional modules of the underground main ventilation system in coal mines,and conducted practical testing on the system.The test results show that the system can quickly respond and intelligently adjust the operation of ventilation fans based on changes in gas volume fraction,indicating its overall good performance and certain application value.
