摘 要:煤炭清洁加工是煤炭行业发展的趋势之一。在煤炭加工过程中,产生了大量的煤矸石。为了实现煤炭清洁加工,对煤矸石进行井下分选并回填到采空区是必经途径。针对传统矸石分选技术效率低的问题,采用了智能煤矸分选技术。分析了煤矸井下分选的意义,主要包括降低矸石污染、降低运输成本和提高煤炭分选效率等,探讨了井下智能煤矸分选的关键技术,主要包括煤矸识别技术和煤矸分离技术,可以为井下煤矸分选提供一定的技术参考。Clean coal processing is one of the trends in the development of the coal industry.During the coal processing,a large amount of coal gangue is produced.In order to achieve clean coal processing,it is necessary to sort coal gangue underground and backfill it into the goaf.In response to the low efficiency of traditional gangue sorting technology,intelligent coal gangue sorting technology has been adopted.This paper analyzed the significance of underground coal gangue sorting,mainly including reducing gangue pollution,reducing transportation costs,and improving coal sorting efficiency.It explored the key technologies of intelligent underground coal gangue sorting,mainly including coal gangue identification technology and coal gangue separation technology,which can provide certain technical references for underground coal gangue sorting.
