摘 要:以煤矿液压支架立柱为例,介绍了1种高可靠性大缸径立柱结构设计。该结构设计主要包括缸体结构、缸口结构以及底阀结构3部分,为验证大缸径立柱结构设计的有效性,分别采用了有限元分析法和工程应用分析法对其进行综合分析,最终确认大缸径立柱结构具有较高的可行性和应用价值。Taking the coal mine hydraulic support column as an example,a high reliability and large cylinder diameter column structure design was introduced.The structural design mainly includes three parts:cylinder body structure,cylinder port structure,and bottom valve structure.To verify the effectiveness of the design of the large cylinder diameter column structure,finite element analysis method and engineering application analysis method were used for comprehensive analysis.Finally,it was confirmed that the large cylinder diameter column structure has high feasibility and application value.
