摘 要:以A煤矿11223工作面上顺槽梯形巷道为研究案例,介绍一种煤矿顺槽巷道支护技术方案。在巷道原支护方案的基础上,介绍3种支护优化方案,借助ABAQUS数值仿真模拟软件,根据梯形巷道地质条件,从位移分布、应力分布、塑性区分布3个角度对3种支护优化方案实施对比分析。得到最佳支护优化方案后,将此优化方案应用于工程实践,确认最佳优化方案可满足梯形巷道的支护要求。Taking the trapezoidal crossheading roadway in 11223 working face of A Coal Mine as a study case,a technical scheme for supporting the crossheading roadway of the coal mine was introduced.On the basis of the original roadway support scheme,three support optimization schemes were introduced.With the help of ABAQUS numerical simulation software,the three support optimization schemes were compared and analyzed from the three angles of displacement distribution,stress distribution and plastic zone distribution according to the geological conditions of trapezoidal roadway.After the optimal support optimization scheme was obtained,the optimization scheme was applied to engineering practice,and it is confirmed that the optimal optimization scheme can meet the support requirements of trapezoidal roadway.
