摘  要:针对现代煤矿粗煤泥分选机分选系统控制效果较差的问题,以粒子群优化算法为依据,介绍了1种粗煤泥分选机分选系统设计方案。该系统主要由软件和硬件2部分构成,其中,硬件部分包括PLC (可编程逻辑控制器)与通信模块,软件部分包括触摸屏HMI (Human Machine Interface,人机界面)、上位机监控界面及基于PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization,粒子群优化算法)的抗滞后无模型自适应控制器。在软硬件相互配合下对分选机分选系统进行控制,提升了分选系统的运行效果,使粗煤泥的分选更加精确,还有利于提高分选后的煤炭质量。In view of the poor control effect of the sorting system of modern coal mine coarse slime classifier,a design scheme of the sorting system of modern coal mine coarse slime classifier was introduced based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.The system is mainly composed of two parts:software and hardware.The hardware part includes PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and communication module,and the software part includes touch screen HMI(Human Machine Interface),host computer monitoring interface and anti-lag model-free adaptive controller based on PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization).With the cooperation of hardware and software,the sorting system of the sorting machine is controlled,which improves the operation effect of the sorting system,makes the sorting of coarse coal slime more accurate,and also helps to improve the quality of coal after sorting.
