摘 要:随着煤矿从自动化开采向智能化开采发展,煤矿地质保障系统正在迈入精准智能探测新阶段。近年来,矿井物探技术发展迅速,技术的进步使巷道地质异常体的检测更加精准,为了保证施工操作的安全性,必须做好煤矿生产过程的动态监控,及时发现隐患问题并采取管控措施,营造安全的煤矿开采环境。随采地震以采煤机截割震动作为震源,结合随采电法监测,实时完成工作面前方地质构造的可视化及水害预警,提高工作面回采效率。以钱营孜煤矿W3233工作面的试验为例,从采集系统、观测系统、数据处理等方面对随采智能物探技术的应用进行了探讨,并简要分析了超前成像结果。With the development of coal mining from automatic mining to intelligent mining,the geological support system of coal mines is entering a new stage of accurate intelligent detection.In recent years,mine geophysical exploration technology has developed rapidly,and the progress of technology has made the detection of geological abnormal bodies in roadway more accurate.In order to ensure the safety of construction operation,it is necessary to do a good job in the dynamic monitoring of coal mine production process,timely detect hidden problems and take control measures to create a safe coal mining environment.With the cutting vibration of shearer as the focal point,combined with the electrical monitoring with mining method,the visualization of geological structure in front of the working face and the early warning of water damage were completed in real time,and the mining efficiency of the working face was improved.Taking the test of W3233 working face in Qianyingzi Coal Mine as an example,the application of intelligent geophysical prospecting with mining was discussed from the aspects of acquisition system,observation system and data processing,and the advanced imaging results were briefly analyzed.
