摘 要:针对3311综放工作面初采期间采空区悬空面积大、采空区瓦斯及邻近层卸压瓦斯涌出量大问题,为确保工作面安全生产,提出综合优化通风、顶板超前弱化、强化瓦斯抽采等方式进行瓦斯综合治理。具体措施包括:1)采面通风方式由“一进一回”的U型改为“两进一回”的W型;2)采用水力压裂技术对工作面顶板进行超前弱化,缩小初采期间采空区顶板悬空面积;3)在33112巷与33113巷的联络巷施工高位定向长钻孔,尾巷内施工高位钻孔+中位钻孔+本煤层穿透钻孔+底板钻孔方式提高采空区瓦斯及邻近层卸压瓦斯抽放。工程应用后,3311综放工作面初采期间回风隅角、回风留瓦斯体积分数分别控制在0.42%、0.35%,瓦斯治理效果显著。In view of the problems of large hanging area of gob and large gas emission from gob and adjacent strata during the initial mining of 3311 fully-mechanized caving face,in order to ensure the safety of working face,comprehensive gas management methods such as comprehensive optimization of ventilation,premature weakening of roof and strengthening gas extraction were proposed.The specific measures include:1)the ventilation mode of the mining surface was changed from U-type of"one-in one-out"to W-type of"two-in one-out";2)hydraulic fracturing technology was used to pre-weaken the roof of the working face and reduce the hanging area of the goaf roof during the initial mining;3)the construction of high directional long drilling was carried out in the connection roadway of 33112 roadway and 33113 roadway,and the construction of high hole+middle hole+through hole in the coal seam+floor hole was carried out in the end roadway,in order to improve the gas extraction in the gob and the adjacent layer.After the application of the project,the retained gas volume fraction of the air return corner and the retained air during the initial mining of the 3311 fully-mechanized caving face were controlled at 0.42%and 0.35%respectively,and the gas control effect was remarkable.
