摘 要:近年来,随着社会老龄化加剧,建筑工人老龄化问题凸显,同时叠加建筑行业下行影响,提质降本成为施工总承包企业主旋律。农民工产业工人化是解决上述问题、提高企业综合效益的重要抓手;加快打造建筑行业产业工人队伍、持续促进建筑业健康发展已经是行业共识。从管理学视角看,准确评估农民工产业工人化综合效益是科学提高其综合收益的基础。从经济效益、技术效益和社会效益三个方面构建农民工产业工人化综合效益评价指标体系,通过AHP-模糊综合评价对农民工产业工人化的综合效益进行全面评价,有助于科学有效地评估建筑行业农民工产业工人化项目的综合效益。In recent years,with the intensification of the aging society,the problems of aging of construction workers have become prominent.Coupled with the downturn of the construction industry,improving the quality and reducing the cost has become the main goal of construction general contracting enterprises.The industrialization of migrant workers is an important means to solve the above problems and improve the comprehensive benefits of enterprises.It has become an industry consensus to accelerate the building of a workforce for the construction industry and continuously promote the healthy development of the industry.From the perspective of management science,the accurate evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of the industrialization of migrant workers is the basis for the scientific improvement of their comprehensive benefits.The comprehensive benefit evaluation index system can be constructed from three aspects:economic benefit,technical benefit and social benefit,and conducting a comprehensive evaluation by AHP-fuzzy can help evaluate their comprehensive benefits in a scientific and effective way.
