摘　　要：党的十八大以来,坚定的理想信念筑牢着新时代共产党人的精神家园,坚守着共产党人安身立命之根本,在面对新发展阶段的现实要求和艰巨任务时,中国共产党人始终把理想信念建设摆在首要位置,将理想信念建设长效机制作为执政党思想政治建设的战略任务,使党的各方面建设工作始终保持正确政治方向。进入新时代,中国共产党的理想信念建设长效机制必须以可靠性和有效性为着力点,遵循长效机制构建的基本经验和内在规律,重点从正确理解科学内涵、深刻把握生成逻辑、充分发挥作用机理等方面不断深化理想信念建设,使广大共产党人在理想信念追求上能够保持强大的政治定力,自觉做共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想的坚定信仰者和忠实实践者。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,firm ideals and beliefs have built the spiritual home of Communists in the new era,and adhered to the root of Communists’settling down.In the face of the realistic requirements and arduous tasks of the new development stage,the CPC has always put the construction of ideals and beliefs in the first place,taking the long-term mechanism of the construction of ideals and beliefs as the strategic task of the ideological and political construction of the ruling party,so that all aspects of the party’s construction work always maintain the correct political direction.In the new era,the long-term mechanism of the CPC’s construction of ideals and beliefs must focus on reliability and effectiveness,follow the basic experience and internal laws of the construction of the long-term mechanism,and focus on deepening the construction of ideals and beliefs from a correct understanding of the scientific connotation,a deep grasp of the generation logic,and full play to the mechanism of action,so that the majority of Communists can maintain strong political determination in the pursuit of ideals and beliefs,and consciously become firm believers and loyal practitioners of the lofty ideals of communism and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
