摘 要:高校学生面对学习、生活、就业等压力易产生一系列心理问题,改善大学生心理健康状况迫在眉睫。整合图书馆数字资源平台、阅读疗法服务空间网站与阅读疗愈空间微信公众号等资源,构建集心理问询、心理健康诊疗与阅读书目推荐于一体的交互系统小程序,通过搭建阅读疗愈“三微”服务平台,从战略层、范围层、结构层与框架层、表现层帮助大学生缓解压力,释放情绪,提升心理健康水平。同时,在平台建设中应注重加强多方协作、满足学生的个性化需求、促进团队建设、优化整合资源、保护学生隐私,以优化平台的使用效果,提升学生的使用满意度,为高校心理健康教育提供新视角与方法,为健康校园建设注入新活力。College students are prone to repressive psychological problems when facing pressures such as studying,living,and employment,and improving their mental health is urgent.The study integrates library digital resource platform,reading therapy service space website,and reading therapy space WeChat official account,etc.;builds an interactive system small program integrating psychological inquiry,mental health diagnosis and treatment,and reading bibliography recommendation;and helps college students to relieve pressure and release emotions,and improve their mental health level from strategy,scope,structure and framework,and performance levels through the construction of“Three Miccrosites”platform for bibliotherapy.We should pay attention to strengthening multi-party cooperation,meeting the individual needs of students,promoting team building,optimizing the integration of resources,and protecting the privacy of students,so as to optimize the use effect of the platform,improve the satisfaction of students,provide a new perspective and method for mental health education in colleges and universities,and inject new vitality into the construction of healthy campuses in the construction of the platform.
