摘 要:以菊粉(GFn)为原料,经氧化制得氧化菊粉(OI),将其与聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)复配得阻垢剂OI-PESA,通过控制变量法探讨了氧化条件、质量比、体系环境等因素对阻垢性能的影响。实验结果显示:当氧化温度为25℃,质量比m(OI):m(PESA)为1:4时,制得的阻垢剂效果较好,投加量为40mg/L时,在制盐体系中的阻垢率为96.1%,适用于高盐、高碱、高硬度体系中。表征结果显示,阻垢剂可使CaCO_(3)垢的晶体形貌尺度变小,从稳定的方解石变成亚稳态的球霰石,说明阻垢剂OI-PESA具有较好的协同增效作用。Inulin(GFn)was used as raw material to prepare oxide inulin(OI)through oxidation,which was compounded with polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA)to obtain a composite scale inhibitor OI-PESA.The influence of oxidation conditions,mass ratio,system environment on scale inhibition performance was discussed through the control variable method.The results showed that when the oxidation temperature was 25℃and the mass ratio m(OI):m(PESA)was 1:4,the scale inhibition effect was superior.When the dosage was 40 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate was 96.1%.The results show that the inhibitor can reduce the scale,and the crystal morphology change from stable calcite to metastable aragonite.The scale inhibitor has excellent synergistic effect and is suitable for high salt,high alkali and high Ca^(2+)concentration system.
