摘 要:预应力钢筋混凝土空心板桥具有结构简单、经济、耐久性高、造型美观等优点,是我国应用最广泛的桥梁类型之一。对某空心板简支桥梁进行加固改造,在原型试验理论分析基础上进行加固试验,比较3根简支空心板梁在荷载作用下的抗弯性能及不同配筋形式下的抗弯性能。结果表明,在公路一级荷载下,铺面层可使空心楼板的弯曲刚度增加20.2%,桥面铺装层植筋后,路面层与主梁之间的黏结得到加强,可有效克服混凝土在组合结构受压区的应变滞后问题,加铺层的参与可提高组合结构截面的高度,增加梁的刚度,降低混凝土边缘纤维的应变,提高梁的抗裂性能。Prestressed reinforced concrete hollow slab bridge is one of the most widely used bridge types in China because of its advantages:simple structure,economy,high durability and beautiful shape.Based on the analysis of prototype test theory,a hollow plate simply supported bridge is strengthened,and the flexural performance of three simply supported hollow plate beams under load and different reinforcement forms are compared.The results show that under the first order load of highway,the bending stiffness of hollow floor can be increased by 20.2%.The bond between the pavement layer and the main beam is strengthened after the reinforcement of the pavement layer,which can effectively overcome the strain lag of the concrete in the compression zone of the composite structure.Through the addition of the overlay,the height of the section of the composite structure can be improved,the stiffness of the beam be strengthened,the strain of the fiber on the edge of the concrete be reduced,and the anti-cracking performance of the beam be improved.
