摘  要:建筑能源消耗是社会能源消费的重要组成部分,在建筑能源消耗中,办公类建筑消耗的能源最多。以陕西某写字楼为研究对象,对其空调系统的水系统及新风热回收系统进行优化节能对比,找出空调水泵系统的最佳运行状态。研究发现,设置热回收系统可有效减少建筑物的能源消耗,其效率最好保持在65%左右,超过70%后节能效果提升较弱。Building energy consumption is an important part of social energy consumption.In the building energy consumption,office buildings consume the most energy.Through taking an office building in Shaanxi Province as the research object,the study compares the optimization and energy-saving comparison of the water system and the fresh air heat recovery system of the air conditioning system,and finds out the best running state of the air conditioning pump system.It is found that the heat recovery system can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the building.Its efficiency is best maintained at about 65%,and the energy-saving effect is weak after more than 70%.
