摘　　要：水银血压计是监控血压的重要仪器设备,按照规定每半年需进行一次检定,在检定和维护过程中很容易出现水银泄漏问题,对检定人员的身体健康造成一定的危害。介绍了回收和处理泄漏水银的几种方法,采用物理沉降方法对其进行分离和封闭,采用化学方法对其进行无害化处理。根据收集、沉淀、反应、储存、循环和集中处理等环节,研制出一种原理简单、操作简便的快速收集和集中处理设备,能够有效降低环境、水质及土壤污染,避免对检验人员造成伤害,是一种高效的无害化处理设备。Mercury sphygmomanometer is an important instrument for monitoring human blood pressure.According to regulations,it needs to be verified once half a year.During calibration and maintenance,it is easy to encounter mercury leakage problems,causing certain harm to the physical health of calibration personnel.The study mainly introduces several methods for recovering and treating leaked mercury.It is separated and sealed by physical sedimentation,and received innocent treatment by chemical process.A simple and easy to operation equipment for rapid collection and centralized treatment has been developed based on collection,precipitation,reaction,storage,circulation and centralized treatment.It can effectively reduce pollution to the environment,water quality,and soil,and prevent harm to the health of inspectors.It is an efficient and harmless treatment equipment.
