摘 要:幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染是胃炎、胃癌等疾病的重要致病因素,全球约半数人群感染H.pylori。我国共识及MaastrichtⅥ共识均指出,H.pylori感染者应行个体化根除治疗,推荐的三联或四联根除方案中抗生素及抑酸剂均对消化道微生态具有影响。近年来,高剂量阿莫西林双联根除方案兴起,其对消化道微生态的影响尚未得到充分研究。目前关于H.pylori根除治疗对口腔微生态、胃肠微生物群落的影响深受临床关注。本文就不同H.pylori根除方案对口腔、胃肠微生态的影响以及益生菌在消化道微生态恢复中的作用进行综述。Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is a significant risk factor for gastritis and gastric cancer and is estimated to affect approximately 50%of the world′s population.Both the Chinese Consensus and MaastrichtⅥConsensus have highlighted the importance of individual eradication for infected patients.The recommended triple or quadruple eradication regimen includes antibiotics and acid inhibitors,which can impact the microbiota in digestive tract.In recent years,a novel regimen with high-dose Amoxicillin dual therapy has emerged,but its impact on the microbiota of digestive tract is not well understood.At present,the effects of eradication regimens on oral and gastrointestinal microflora have attracted much clinical concern.This review aimed to summarize the impact of different eradication regimens on the oral and gastrointestinal microbiota,as well as the role of probiotics in the restoration of digestive tract microbiota.
