摘 要:针对机电特种设备日益凸显的安全问题,以老旧电梯为例,探讨基于风险和可靠性理论的评估方法。首先,分析了经典可靠性理论在实际风险评估中的局限性,即由于无法准确描述系统状态而导致评价结果不准确。其次,根据模糊可靠性理论,提出基于风险的评估方法,阐述了评估项目模糊状态模型及计算方法。最后,开展可靠性分析,综合得到设备模糊可靠性的评价,以提高评价结论的准确性和安全评估工作的可操作性。In view of the increasingly prominent safety problems of electromechanical special equipment,taking the old elevator as an example,the evaluation method based on risk and reliability theory is discussed.Firstly,the limitation of classical reliability theory in actual risk assessment is analyzed,that is,the evaluation result is not accurate because the system state cannot be accurately described.Secondly,according to the fuzzy reliability theory,a risk-based evaluation method is proposed,and the fuzzy state model and calculation method of the evaluation project are expounded.Finally,the reliability analysis is carried out and the fuzzy reliability evaluation of the equipment is obtained comprehensively to improve the accuracy of the evaluation conclusions and the operability of the safety evaluation work.
