摘 要:介绍当前较为常见的几种矿用皮带机,并从张紧控制方案、硬件设计、软件设计等方面入手,说明矿用皮带机运输带的优化方案。同时,围绕非接触式挡板结构提出一种矿用皮带机导料槽结构的改造方案。在此基础上,以某矿山中的综放工作面为例,展开对矿用皮带机张紧装置的试验运行,并对比分析皮带机导料槽结构改造前后的实际情况。结果表明,所提出的矿用皮带机运输带的优化方案、皮带机导料槽结构的改造方案能够显现出较高的应用优势与理想效果,提升了矿用皮带机的运行效率、稳定性,延长了其使用寿命。This paper introduces several common mining belt conveyors,and expounds the optimization scheme of mining belt conveyors from the aspects of tensioning control scheme,hardware design and software design.At the same time,a reconstruction scheme of guiding groove structure of mine belt conveyor is put forward based on non-contact baffle structure.On this basis,taking the fully mechanized caving face in a mine as an example,the test operation of the tensioning device of the belt conveyor is carried out,and the actual situation before and after the transformation of the guide groove structure of the belt conveyor is compared.The results show that the optimization scheme of conveyor belt and the transformation scheme of guide groove structure of belt conveyor can show higher application advantages and ideal effects,and improve the operation efficiency,stability and service life of mine belt conveyor.
