摘　　要：随着现代化工程技术的发展,PP-R热水管因其独特的耐高温、耐腐蚀和高强度特性,逐渐成为热水采暖系统中的首选材料。热水采暖系统是一种通过热水流动实现室内供暖的系统,对管道材料的性能要求极高。PP-R热水管是一种轻质、耐用的塑料管材,不仅能有效传输热水,还能减少维护成本和提高系统效率。系统地介绍PP-R热水管的基本特性,并从管道的选择标准,热水采暖系统的设计配置、安装流程及技术要点,以及PP-R热水管系统的运行维护等方面,全面分析PP-R热水管的实际应用和优化策略。With the development of modern engineering technology,PP-R hot water pipes have become the preferred material in hot water heating systems due to their unique characteristics of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,and high strength.Hot water heating engineering,a system that provides indoor heating through the flow of hot water,requires extremely high performance of pipeline materials.PP-R hot water pipes are lightweight and durable plastic pipes that not only effectively transmit hot water,but also reduce maintenance costs and improve system efficiency.This paper systematically introduces the basic characteristics of PP-R hot water pipes,and comprehensively analyzes the practical application and optimization strategies of PP-R hot water pipes from the selection standards of pipes,the design configuration,installation process and technical points of hot water heating systems,to the operation and maintenance of PP-R hot water pipe systems.
