摘 要:随着风能资源的开发,高塔架风电机组逐渐成为建设的重点。文章以安装32台3 MW、轮毂高130 m的风电机组为条件,分析和对比了不同类型的吊装设备。首先,阐述了风电场的位置、地形和风电机组参数。其次,比较了QLY1760S专用起重机、650t履带起重机和1800t汽车起重机,揭示了不同起重机的性能、适用条件及其在高塔风电机组吊装中的优缺点。最后,阐述了主吊设备的选择、负荷计算和技术要求,特别强调了QLY系列专用起重机的实际性能。With the development of wind energy resources,high tower wind turbines have gradually become the focus of construction.In this paper,32 wind turbines with 3 MW and 130 m hub height are installed,and different types of hoisting equipment are analyzed and compared.Firstly,the location,topography and wind turbine parameters of the wind farm are described.Secondly,the QLY1760S special crane,650 t crawler crane and 1800 t truck crane are compared,and the performance,applicable conditions and advantages and disadvantages of different cranes in the hoisting of tall tower wind turbines are revealed.Finally,the selection of main crane equipment,load calculation and technical requirements are described,especially the actual performance of QLY series special crane is emphasized.
