摘 要:探讨了全自动流动注射分光光度法测定锰厂排放水质总氮含量的方法.在0~6.000 mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内呈线性关系,其回归方程为y=134.86x+116.7,相关系数R达到1.000 0,方法检出限为0.006 7 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率在98.6%~109%之间,实验结果表明线性关系良好,方法准确可靠.并采用全自动流动注射分光光度法和碱性过硫酸钾消解-紫外分光光度法对质控样品进行了对比测试,两种方法测定结果无显著差异,测定值均在标准值范围内.该法应用于电解锰厂排放废水水质总氮测定,具有操作简单、测试快速、准确度高、精密度好、检出限低的优点,能快速完成大批量样品测定.In this paper,the method of measuring total nitrogen content in water discharged from manganese plants using fully automatic flow injection spectrophotometry was studied.There is a linear relationship between concentration and peak area in the range of 0-6.000 mg·L^(-1),the regression equation is y=134.86x+116.7,the correlation coefficient is 1.0000,the detection limit of the method is 0.0067 mg·L^(-1),the recovery rate of spiking is 98.6%-109%,the results showed:the linear relationship was good,the method was accurate and reliable.The quality control samples were determined by automatic flow injection spectrophotometry and alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometry,there was no significant difference between the two methods.And the establish method was applied to measurement of total nitrogen in samples from exhausted water of electrolytic manganese plant,it has the advantages of simple operation,rapid test,high accuracy,good precision and low detection limit,large quantities of samples are efficiently measured using this method.
