摘　　要：分析旋转斜楔和摆动斜楔的旋转轴、旋转凸模半径、旋转凸模回退角度设置的方法,并介绍在汽车冲模实际开发设计过程中常用的旋转斜楔、摆动斜楔的设计及适用场合,对比分析其优缺点,为模具设计提供多种可选用的斜楔结构,达到提高设计质量和效率、降低模具制造成本的目的。The setting method of the rotation axis,the radius of the rotating punch,and the backspacing angle of the rotating punch of the rotary wedge and swing wedge were analyzed.It introduced the design and application of several commonly used rotary wedge and swing wedge in the actual development and design process of the automotive punching die.Their advantages and disadvantages were compared and analyzed,so as to provide a variety of optional structural methods for die design,which improved the design quality and efficiency and reduced the cost of die manufacturing.
