摘　　要：探讨了汽车隔热铝件的重要性和市场需求,指出其优良的隔热和降噪性能,并设计了其无废料冲孔模,对此类零件的成形工艺进行了分析,还对模具结构、模具零件材料选择、热处理工艺及模具工作原理进行了描述。实践证明:改进后的无废料冲孔凹模及挡料板结构,降低了模具制造成本,提高了生产效率。The importance and market demand of automobile aluminum heat insulation parts were discussed,and its excellent heat insulation and noise reduction performance were pointed out.The non-waste punching die was designed,the manufacturing process of such parts was analyzed,and the die structure,material selection of the die parts,heat treatment process,and working principle of the die were described.The practice proved that it reduced the manufacturing cost of the die and improved the production efficiency by using the improved structure of the non-waste punching die and the baffle.
