摘  要:目的基于雷达图再评价浮针治疗痛症的系统评价/Meta分析的文献质量,以期为浮针疗法的临床工作提供全面的证据。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献(CBM)等中文数据库及PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase等外文数据库自建库至2022年10月10日浮针治疗痛症的系统评价/Meta分析。提取纳入文献的数据后,基于系统评价方法学质量评价(A measure tool to assess systematic reviews 2,AMSTAR 2)、系统评价报告质量评价(Preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses,PRISMA)、发表年份、研究类型、同质性以及发表偏倚6个维度进行评估,并采用Excel 2019和Adobe Illustrator 2021软件绘制并优化雷达图直观显示再评价结果。再辅以GRADE证据质量评价工具,对纳入文献的结局指标进行质量评分。结果最终纳入11篇文献,主要结局指标39个;AMSTAR 2量表评价结果显示,4篇文献为低质量,其余7篇为极低质量;PRISMA量表评价得分在15~20;6个维度秩数平均分为3.83~9.17;GRADE评价结果显示,39个主要结局指标的证据质量中无高质量,只有1个中等质量,其余为低或极低质量。结论基于雷达图分析发现浮针治疗痛症的系统评价/Meta分析质量仍有待提升,因此临床上使用这些证据辅助临床决策时需注意甄别。Objective To re-evaluate the quality of systematic review/meta-analysis of floating needles in the treatment of pain based on radar maps,in order to provide comprehensive evidence for the clinical work of floating needle therapy.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase and other databases were searched for systematic review/meta-analysis of floating needles in the treatment of pain from the establishment of the database to October 10,2022.After extracting the data of the included literature,the evaluation was based on the 6 dimensions of AMSTAR methodological quality evaluation,PRISMA reporting quality evaluation,publication year,research type,homogeneity and publi-cation bias.Excel 2019 and Adobe Illustrator 2021 were used to draw and optimize the radar map to visually display the reevaluation results.The GRADE evidence quality evaluation tool was used to score the quality of the outcome indicators included in the literature.Results Finally,11 articles were included,with 39 main outcome indicators;the results of AMSTAR 2 scale evaluation showed that 4 literatures were of low quality,and the other 7 literatures were of very low quality.The PRISMA scale evaluation score was between 15 and 20;the average rank scores of the 6 dimensions ranged from 3.83 to 9.17.The results of GRADE evaluation showed that there was no high quality in the quality of evidence of 39 major outcome indicators,only 1 was medium quality,and the rest were low or very low quality.Conclusions The quality of the systematic review/meta-analysis based on radar image analysis for the treatment of pain with fuacupuncture still needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the screening when these evidences are used to assist clinical decision-making.
