摘  要:为保证混凝土吊罐在垂直运输时其内部混凝土的温度,采用相变石蜡作为吊罐温控措施,通过Fluent软件探究了不同季节和不同相变石蜡厚度下混凝土温度变化情况。结果表明:在不同季节,采用相变石蜡作为吊罐温控措施,可有效控制其内部混凝土温度的波动;在冬季环境中,当相变石蜡厚度小于40 mm时,混凝土内外温度差减小有限,消峰填谷效果不理想;在夏季环境中,随着相变石蜡厚度的增加,混凝土表面最大温度的降低程度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当相变石蜡厚度为20 mm时,混凝土表面温度达到最低。In order to ensure the temperature of the concrete inside the concrete hanging tank during vertical transportation,the phase change paraffin wax was used as the temperature control measure of the hanging tank.The Fluent software was used to explore the change of concrete temperature under different seasons and different thickness of phase change paraffin wax.The results showed that using phase change paraffin as temperature control measure in different seasons could effectively control the temperature fluctuation of the concrete inside the hanging tank.In winter,when the thickness of phase change paraffin wax was less than 40 mm,it was poor that the improvement effect of temperature difference between inside and outside concrete,and the effect of peak elimination and valley filling was not ideal.In the summer environment,with the increasing of the thickness of phase change paraffin,the improvement degree of the maximum surface temperature of concrete firstly increased and then decreased.When the thickness of phase change paraffin was 20 mm,the surface temperature of concrete reached the lowest.
