摘  要:在含高比例光伏(PV)并网的配电网中,将电压无功控制(VVC)装置与电池储能系统(BESS)相结合,提出一种双层优化方法,可实现最优选址定容和实时调度。所提方法通过多个VVC装置和BESS的协同运行来最小化能量需求。模型外层是用来选择BESS的位置和容量,内层是用来确定PV逆变器和BESS逆变器的有功和无功功率分配,以及VVC装置的运行设置。在IEEE-33节点系统上进行验证,结果表明,所提方法在减少电压越限的同时,还有效降低了系统能量需求。In the distribution network connected with high-proportion photovoltaic(PV),a double-layer optimization method is proposed by combining voltage var control(VVC)devices with battery energy storage systems(BESS),which can realize the most optimal location and capacity determination and real-time scheduling.The method minimizes the energy demand through the cooperative operation of multiple VVC devices and BESS.The outer layer is to select the location and capacity of BESS,and the inner layer is to determine the active and reactive power distribution of PV inverter and BESS inverter,as well as the operation settings of VVC devices.It is verified on IEEE-33 bus system.The results show that the method not only reduces the voltage out of limit,but also effectively reduces the system energy demand.
