摘　　要：针对当前智能电能表现场运维方式效率低的问题,设计了一款基于Android终端的运维系统。利用Android手机和红外接发模块,实现了现场运维数据自动采集和电能表异常状态智能诊断,提升现场运维工作效率和质量。Because of the low efficiency of the current smart electricity meter on-site operation and maintenance methods,an operation and maintenance system based on Android terminal is designed.Using Android mobile phone and infrared transceiver module,it mainly realizes automatic collection of on-site operation and maintenance data and intelligent diagnosis of abnormal state of smart electricity meter.The design can promote the working efficiency and quality.
