农村居民生活用能清洁化对农村能源贫困的影响研究

摘　　要：我国农村能源系统是我国能源系统的重要组成部分,防止农村居民陷入能源贫困对促进农村居民生活用能清洁化具有重要的现实意义。利用2020年的中国家庭追踪调查数据,采用分位数回归模型测算农村地区能源贫困线,并分析了影响能源消费支出的因素,进一步利用二值选择模型判断影响清洁能源选择的因素,并比较二者。研究发现,能源消费支出对人均家庭资产有阶梯效应,但对人均收入没有表现出阶梯效应;清洁能源选择和管道设施分别通过调节人均收入和人均家庭资产而增加能源消费支出;管道设施和人均家庭资产都可以促进清洁能源的选择,且二者具有替代效应。综上提出相关政策建议,为促进农村居民生活用能清洁化和防止农村居民陷入能源贫困提供有益参考。China's rural energy system is an important part of China's energy system,and preventing rural residents from falling into energy poverty is of great practical significance in promoting the cleaner use of energy for rural residents' living.Using the 2020 China Household Tracking Survey data,a quantile regression model was used to measure the energy poverty line in rural areas,and factors affecting energy consumption expenditure were analyzed,and a dichotomous choice model was further used to determine factors affecting the choice of cleaner energy,and to compare the two.It is found that energy consumption expenditures have a step effect on per capita household assets but do not show a step effect on per capita income;clean energy choices and pipeline facilities increase energy consumption expenditures by regulating per capita income and per capita household assets,respectively;both pipeline facilities and per capita household assets can promote clean energy choices,and both have substitution effects.In summary,relevant policy recommendations are proposed to provide useful references for promoting rural residents' cleaner energy use and preventing them from falling into energy poverty.
