摘 要:浆液循环泵的优化组合运行对于脱硫装置的经济运行具有重要影响,在当前机组负荷工况波动大、净烟气SO_(2)浓度排放限制严格的情况下,依靠运行人员的经验手动调节达到经济运行有较大的困难。针对这一现状,基于FIR模型辨识方法,建立了脱硫装置的数据驱动预测模型,并结合专家知识及现场设备限制研发了循环泵组合在线优化建议系统,在保障脱硫装置安全、达标运行的前提下实现优化经济运行。实际生产应用结果表明,该系统投运后可降低20.5%的浆液成本和3.7%的电耗成本,对于火电厂节能减排及智能化改造工作具有参考意义。The optimized combination of slurry circulation pumps has an important impact on the economic operation of FGD plant.Under the current situation of large fluctuation of unit load conditions and strict limitations on the net flue gas SO_2concentration,it is difficult to rely on the operator's experience to manually adjust to achieve economic operation.To address this situation,a data-driven prediction model of the desulfurization unit has been established based on the FIR model identification method,and an online optimization suggestion system for circulating pump combinations has been developed by combining expert knowledge and on-site equipment constraints to optimize the economic operation under the premise of guaranteeing safe and standard-achieving operation of the desulfurization unit.The actual production and application results show that the system can reduce 20.5% of the slurry cost and 3.7% of the electricity cost after commissioning,which is of reference significance for the energy saving and emission reduction and intelligent renovation work of thermal power plants.
