摘 要:为阐明育成期黄淮山羊公羊的能量需要量,选取体况健康、体重30 kg左右的6月龄黄淮山羊公羊50只,随机分为A、B、C、D、E组,每组10只,分别饲喂代谢能(ME)水平为8.02、8.71、9.40、10.08、10.76 MJ/kg的饲粮。预试期15 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:①随着饲粮能量水平的升高,育成期黄淮山羊公羊的平均日增重(ADG)、干物质采食量(DMI)均呈先升高后降低的趋势,C组的ADG显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),DMI显著高于A、B、E组(P<0.05)。各组间的料重比(F/G)均差异显著(P<0.05),其中C组的F/G最低。②C组CP(粗蛋白)的表观消化率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。B、C组Ash(粗灰分)的表观消化率均显著高于A组(P<0.05),E组ADF(酸性洗涤纤维)的表观消化率显著高于A组(P<0.05),B、C、D、E组P(磷)的表观消化率均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。③C、D、E组的GEI(总能摄入量)、CH4E(甲烷能)、ME(代谢能)、DE(消化能)均显著高于A、B组(P<0.05)。④对育成期黄淮山羊公羊的ME、ADG(g)和代谢体重(W^(0.75),kg)进行了二元回归分析,得到其代谢能需要量公式ME(MJ/d)=0.274W^(0.75)+0.0485ADG(R^(2)=0.825)。由此得出,在本研究条件下,育成期黄淮山羊公羊适宜的饲粮能量水平为9.40 MJ/kg,维持代谢能需要量为0.274 MJ/(kgW^(0.75)·d)。To clarify the energy requirement of Huanghuai goat ram during the growing period,fifty healthy 6-monthold Huanghuai goat rams(about 30 kg)were randomly divided into five groups,A,B,C,D and E,with 10 goats in each group.They were fed diets with metabolic energy(ME)levels of 8.02,8.71,9.40,10.08 and 10.76 MJ/kg respectively.The pre-trial period was 15 d and the trial period was 30 d.The results showed as follows:①With the increase of dietary energy level,the average daily gain(ADG)and dry matter intake(DMI)of Huanghuai goat ram in growing period showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing.The ADG of group C was the highest and there was a significant difference compared to other groups(P<0.05),and its DMI was significantly higher than that of A,B and E(P<0.05).F/G(the ratio of dry matter intake to total weight gain)between groups showed significant difference(P<0.05),and F/G of group C was the lowest.②CP apparent digestibility in group C was significantly higher than groups A,B,D and E(P<0.05).Ash apparent digestibility in groups B and C were significantly higher than group A(P<0.05),ADF apparent digestibility in group E was observably higher than group A(P<0.05),and P apparent digestibility in groups B,C,D,and E were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).③GEI,CH4E,ME,DE in groups C,D,E were significantly higher than groups A and B(P<0.05).④The regression analysis of ME,ADG(g)and metabolic weight(W^(0.75),kg)of Huanghuai goat ram in growing period was carried out,and the formula for its metabolic energy requirement was ME(MJ/D)=0.274W^(0.75)+0.0485ADG(R^(2)=0.825).Therefore,under the conditions of this study,the suitable dietary energy level for Huanghuai goat ram is 9.40 MJ/kg,and the energy requirement for maintaining metabolism is 0.274 MJ/(kgW^(0.75)·d).
