摘 要:随着我国道路桥梁建设的蓬勃发展,改性沥青逐渐占领应用市场,在沥青中掺加环氧树脂、聚氨酯、酚醛树脂等高分子可获得高性能的改性沥青或沥青混合料。为了减少对不可再生资源的消耗,以便于道路工程的可持续发展,生物基原料逐渐替代石油基原料。本文针对树脂类(生物基聚氨酯、生物基酚醛树脂)改性沥青、生物基橡胶改性沥青、生物基天然弹性体改性沥青、生物基复合型改性沥青等原料和研究进展进行了梳理和汇总,并对生物基改性剂(植物油、植物酚、木质素、松香和衣康酸等)最新研究成果进行分享。提出了生物基高分子改性沥青目前存在的问题,最后对其未来发展进行了展望。With the vigorous development of China’s road and bridge construction,modified asphalt gradually occupies the application market,and adding high polymers such as epoxy resin,polyurethane,phenolic resin to asphalt can obtain high-performance modified asphalt or asphalt mixture.In order to reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources and facilitate the sustainable development of road engineering,bio-based raw materials are gradually replacing petroleum-based raw materials.In this paper,the raw materials and research progress of resin modified asphalt(bio-based polyurethane,bio-based phenolic resin),bio-based rubber modified asphalt,bio-based natural elastomer modified asphalt,and bio-based composite modified asphalt were mainly reviewed and summarized,and the latest research results of bio-based modifiers(plant oil,plant phenols,lignin,rosin,itaconic acid,etc.)were also shared.The current problems of bio-based polymer modified asphalt were proposed,and finally,the future development prospects were discussed.
