摘 要:超声波焊接作为固态焊接技术,焊接时能避免接头产生气孔、热裂纹等缺陷,适用于镁合金等焊接困难的金属材料。本文通过改变工艺参数进行多层镁合金的超声波焊接,分析每层焊接接头的界面峰值温度、接头形貌、剪切强度、断口形貌,研究了焊接能量对多层镁合金焊接质量的影响。结果表明:焊接界面主要分为漩涡状咬合阶段,有效连接阶段,微连接阶段;与焊接能量为2500J相比,焊接能量呈梯度变化的多层镁合金焊接接头中可观察到,随焊接层数增加界面结合质量越好,增加焊接能量可一定程度上减少能量损失,拉伸剪切强度高;剪切断口呈混合型断裂特征。As a solid state welding technology,ultrasonic welding can avoid the defects such as pores and hot cracks in the joint during welding,and is suitable for Mg alloy and other difficult metal materials.In this paper,the ultrasonic welding of multi-layer Mg alloy was carried out by changing the process parameters,and the interface peak temperature,joint morphology,shear strength and fracture morphology of each welded joint were analyzed.The influence of welding energy on the welding quality of multi-layer Mg alloy was studied.The results show that the welding interface can be divided into:Vortex occlusion stage,effective connection stage and micro-connection stage.Compared with the welding energy of 2500 J,it can be observed that the interface bonding quality is better with the increase of welding layers,the increase of welding energy can reduce the energy loss to a certain extent,and the tensile shear strength is higher.The shear fracture is a mixed type fracture characteristic.
