摘  要:基于MAG焊电弧光谱特点,用视觉传感配合CCD相机和滤波减光系统,采集MAG焊熔池图像;通过同步对比试验,研究熔池图像圆形度与边缘形态关系。结果表明:正常工艺时,熔池边缘较规则、光滑,熔池图像圆形度介于0.56~0.65;焊接电流过大或保护气体不足时,熔池图像圆形度比正常值小,图像边缘凹凸不平。熔池图像圆形度越小,意味着熔池边缘更不规则或锯齿状,通过圆形度数值大小可预判熔池边缘信息,为焊接过程的控制和焊接质量的评估提供思路。Based on the spectral characteristics of MAG welding arc,visual sensing combined with CCD camera and filter dimming system were used to collect the image of MAG welding pool.The relationship between the image circularity and the edge morphology of welding pool was studied by synchronous comparison experiment.The results show that the edge of welding pool is regular and smooth,and the roundness of welding pool image is 0.56-0.65.When the welding current is too large or the shielding gas is insufficient,the roundness of the welding pool image is smaller than the normal value,and the edge of the image is uneven.The smaller the roundness of the welding pool image,it means that the edge of the welding pool is more irregular or jagged.The edge information of the welding pool can be predicted by the value of the roundness value,which provides ideas for the control of the welding process and the evaluation of welding quality.
