摘 要:为了提高铜的回收率,以铜冶炼行业蒸硒渣为原料,采用浸出-碱中和工艺,探究了从蒸硒渣回收铜的过程中酸浓度对浸出率的影响及pH值对中和效果的影响。结果表明:在浸出酸浓度10 g/L、中和终点pH值=8.0的条件下,Cu浸出率98.89%,Te浸出率23.65%,Cu回收率达97.82%,Te回收率达77%。实验效果较好,将进一步开展工业化实验。In order to improve the recovery rate of copper,using selenium slag from copper smelting industry as raw material,the effect of acid concentration on the leaching rate and the effect of pH value on the neutralization effect in the process of recovering copper from the selenium-steaming residue of copper smelting industry are explored the leaching-alkali neutralization process.The results show that the leaching rate of Cu is 98.89%,the leaching rate of Te is 23.65%,the recovery rate of Cu is 97.82%and the recovery rate of Te is 77%under the conditions of leaching acid concentration of 10 g/L and neutralization end point pH value of 8.0.The experimental results are good,and the industrial experiment will be further carried out.
