摘 要:以碳化物粉末为原料,采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备(MoNbTiVZr)C高熵陶瓷,并研究烧结温度(1500~2000℃,间隔100℃)对高熵陶瓷组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当烧结温度为2000℃时,除少量ZrC被氧化外,富含高熔点Nb、Zr元素的碳化物充分固溶,烧结试样以FCC结构的(MoNbTiVZr)C高熵陶瓷相为主。1500~2000℃温度下烧结的(MoNbTiVZr)C高熵陶瓷的致密度均达97%以上,平均晶粒尺寸随烧结温度升高而增大,硬度及断裂韧性随烧结温度升高呈下降趋势。当烧结温度为1800℃时,制备的陶瓷综合力学性能较佳,硬度和断裂韧性分别可达(21.44±0.94)GPa和(5.44±0.29)MPa·m^(1/2)。(MoNbTiVZr)C high-entropy ceramics(HECs)were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS)using carbide powder as raw material.The effects of sintering temperature ranging from 1500 to 2000℃with interval of 100℃on the microstructure and mechanical properties of HECs were studied.The results showed that when the sintering temperature was 2000℃,the carbides rich in high melting point Nb and Zr elements were fully dissolved except that a small amount of ZrC was oxidized,and the sintered samples were mainly in(MoNbTiVZr)C HECs phase featuring FCC structure.The density of(MoNbTiVZr)C HECs sintered at 1500~2000℃exceeded 97%.As the sintering temperature rised,the average grain size increased while the hardness and fracture toughness decreased.When the sintering temperature was 1800℃,the prepared ceramics had better comprehensive mechanical properties that the hardness and fracture toughness reached(21.44±0.94)GPa and(5.44±0.29)MPa·m^(1/2),respectively.
