摘 要:在新形势下行业特色型工科院校“物理化学”课程教学工作面临着一系列的挑战。针对“物理化学”课程教学现状,结合理工科不同专业特点,在正视学生的个体差异的前提下,通过合理修订教学大纲、适当调整教学内容和进度、吸纳专业教师补充师资、建立合理考核体系等开展差异化教学改革。实践表明在专业行政班的教学模式下,只要对差异化教学有足够的重视和理解,就可以达到调动学生学习本能、激发学生学习兴趣、满足学生学习需求的目的。Under the new circumstances,the teaching of the“Physical Chemistry”course in industry-characteristic engineering colleges is encountering a range of challenges.In view of the current teaching situation of“Physical Chemistry”,combining with the characteristics of different majors in science and engineering,and under the premise of facing up to the individual differences of students,we have carried out the reform of differentiated teaching by reasonably revising the syllabus,appropriately adjusting the teaching content and progress,absorbing professional teachers to supplement the teaching staff,and establishing a reasonable assessment system.The implementation of this approach has demonstrated that with sufficient attention and understanding towards differentiated teaching in professional administrative classes,it is possible to achieve the objectives of stimulating students’learning instincts,fostering their interest in learning,and addressing their individual learning needs.
