摘  要:广东省珠海市高栏石化片区排涝整治工程项目在修建山体截洪沟过程中,需采用静态爆破。爆破施工时易发生小范围滑坡或飞石、落石等现象,在小空间内对坡脚热力、天然气等管线有较大威胁。因此,采用钢结构框架对现状热力管线进行保护并在迎面侧及上方增加砂袋缓冲区。详细介绍钢结构框架防护方案设计及施工工艺要求,并对边坡顶及电塔基座顶位移进行监测。实践表明,钢结构框架防护技术最大程度地保证了管线安全,坡顶及电塔基座顶位移得到了有效控制。During the construction of mountain flood interception ditches in the Gaolan Petrochemical Area of Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province,static blasting is required.Small scale landslides or flying rocks are prone to occur during blasting construction,posing a significant threat to the heating and natural gas pipelines at the foot of the slope in small spaces.Therefore,a steel structure framework is adopted to protect the currentheating pipeline and sand bag buffer zones are added on the facing side and above.The design and construction process requirements of the steel structure frame protection scheme are introduced in detail,and the displacement of the slope top and the tower foundation top are monitored.Practice has shown that the steel structure frame protection technology ensures pipeline safety to the greatest extent,and the displacement of the slope top and the tower foundation top is effectively controlled.
