摘　　要：随着数字媒体的发展,高职院校在培养新闻传播人才创新能力中面临专业定位不明确、课程体系更新滞后、教师能力不足以及学生实践机会不足的困境。为适应多元化就业市场,满足媒体行业数字化转型需求以及推动媒体行业创新发展,需要进一步明确“三维”创新培养目标,构建“一专多元”创新课程体系,培养“复合型”教学创新团队和强化校企“双元”育人等实现路径,为高职院校更好地培养创新型新闻传播人才提供借鉴与思考。With the development of digital media,vocational college are faced with the dilemma of unclear professional orientation,lagging curriculum system update,insufficient teachers ability and insufficient practice opportunities for students in cultivating the innovative ability of journalism and communication talents.In order to adapt to the diversified job market,meet the needs of the digital transformation of the media industry and promote the innovation and development of the media industry,It is necessary to clarify the“three-dimensional”innovation training goal,build a“multi-disciplinary”innovation curriculum system,train a“composite”teaching innovation team and strengthen the“dual”education path,so as to provide reference and reflection for vocational colleges to better train innovative news and communication talents.
